This course is aimed at anyone interested in traffic control measures. No previous knowledge is necessary.

10 hours (including 2 e-learning hours)
Learning objectives:
The participants:
- Can name the legal basis for working on public road traffic
- Know the different stakeholders in road traffic
- Are able to assess the situation at the scene and protect themselves accordingly by wearing the correct uniform and signaling
- Use various material such as flashlights, folding signals, traffic lights, traffic cones, barriers and radio devices sensibly and correctly
- Are able to apply traffic signals in practice appropriately and correctly
- At the end of the training, independently direct traffic on a T-junction and a 4-way intersection using clear signalling and signals
- Are able to direct traffic in the sense of access control
- Know two ways to manage a parking space effectively
Course cost:
CHF 340.- including course materials and rental of traffic service equipment.
Certificate:
The training is conducted by police-certified traffic service instructors. Participants receive a course certificate and, upon passing the theoretical and practical exams, a certificate.
