Our Infra Team mostly works before and after the concert or festival. It goes without saying that they are skilled tradespeople who know all the ins and outs of working with drills, hammers, wood and metal. Our specialists make sure everything works properly, are on hand with adhesive tape, cable ties and screws, and keep an eye on things. Keeping lists, being ready to help and a friendly approach are also part of the service. Our staff are a point of contact for any issues during assembly and disassembly.
Our Dressing Room Assistants have a keen eye for detail. They are more than capable of pitching in and know how to use staple guns, cordless screwdrivers, vacuum cleaners and occasionally even paint brushes. The Dressing Room Assistant is the link between the touring crew and the local promoter when it comes to setting up the artists’ wardrobes or offices.
Our Catering Assistant assists the chefs with peeling and cutting as well as setting up and filling the buffets with food and drink for the touring crew, washing up and general cleaning duties, and unloading and loading the mobile kitchen. The Catering Assistant sets up the backstage catering in consultation with the touring crew and the local promoter.
Our Runners have impressive local knowledge, an excellent grasp of figures and a category D1 driving licence. They obtain supplies for the artist managers, food for the tour catering team or office items for the tour production team quickly and cost-effectively. They then sort out the bills in the evening, having kept all the receipts. The runners obtain daily essentials for the touring crew and the local promoters as well as transporting people from place to place.
