with staff from our Bern branch providing security for the concerts around Bundesplatz. Thanks to our many years of concert and event experience, our team was able to fulfil this task to the fullest satisfaction of all the guests and artists as well as the client. Staff drawn from the three personnel divisions – ServX, BASIC and DELTA – provided security for the artists during their performances, carried out access controls backstage and patrolled the entire event area.
At the request of the client, our Head of Security led the team from the organisation committee’s command centre. DELTAgroup also deliberately seeks this close collaboration with the respective organisation committees at other events, as it allows a swift exchange of information and enables the necessary arrangements to be made as quickly as possible.
There were isolated medical incidents, which involved our staff relaying patients to the appropriate places, but the festival passed off without any major incidents – fully in keeping with the festival’s slogan "zfriede zäme gfeschtet", which translates as "celebrating happily together".
