De-escalation is a means of communication aimed at defusing tricky situations involving aggressive persons.

Target group:

This course is aimed at anyone who encounters aggression during the course of their job and wants to counter this by using suitable dialogue techniques.

Course duration:

At least 2 hours

Know the causes of stress
Can control themselves in stressful situations
Know suitable dialogue techniques for dealing with aggressive persons
